Cel\u00fd svet okolo \u00e1ut v ostatnej dobe sa sna\u017e\u00ed docieli\u0165 \u010do najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdkon motora pri \u010do najmen\u0161om objeme. V praxi to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee \u010d\u00edm v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdkon motora dosiahnem, t\u00fdm viac tepla vyprodukujem, probl\u00e9m v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ieho tepeln\u00e9ho za\u0165a\u017eenia spa\u013eovacieho priestoru je hne\u010f na za\u010diatku vyrie\u0161en\u00fd kon\u0161truk\u010dne pri v\u00fdvoji. Av\u0161ak omnoho vy\u0161\u0161ia teplota v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov modern\u00fdch motorov, mus\u00ed by\u0165 striktne kontrolovan\u00e1 na maxim\u00e1lnej hranici s\u00e9riovo vyr\u00e1ban\u00fdch motorov 770 \u00b0C. Samozrejme najmodernej\u0161ie dieselov\u00e9 motory pracuj\u00fa a\u017e s teplotou 850 \u00b0C a upraven\u00e9 motory pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 na s\u00fa\u0165a\u017en\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dely, v ktor\u00fdch s\u00fa pou\u017eit\u00e9 ve\u013emi kvalitn\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly dosahuj\u00fa a\u017e 950 \u00b0C aj to iba kr\u00e1tkodobo a to pri pou\u017eit\u00ed ALS. Faktom je, \u017ee kon\u0161trukt\u00e9ri sa \u0161tandardne viac prikl\u00e1\u0148aj\u00fa k maxim\u00e1lnej teplote medzi 650 a\u017e 720 \u00b0C. Naj\u010dastej\u0161ie je maxim\u00e1lna teplota dosiahnut\u00e1 chodom motora v maxim\u00e1lnej z\u00e1\u0165a\u017ei. Ale pri turbo dieselovom motore je omnoho viac riz\u00edk. Dokonca aj chod na mal\u00fa z\u00e1\u0165a\u017e m\u00f4\u017ee privodi\u0165 maxim\u00e1lne EGT.<\/p>\n<p>Niektor\u00e9 turbo dieselov\u00e9 motory dosiahnu maxim\u00e1lne dovolen\u00e9 EGT pri jazde kon\u0161tantnou r\u00fdchlos\u0165ou 120km\/h . A ve\u013emi d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fd je fakt, \u017ee od EGT je extr\u00e9mne z\u00e1visl\u00e1 aj spotreba paliva.<\/p>\n<p>Pribl\u00ed\u017eim V\u00e1m zop\u00e1r faktorov, ktor\u00e9 maj\u00fa vplyv na EGT dieselov\u00e9ho prepl\u0148ovan\u00e9ho motora, ktor\u00e9 sme si mohli otestova\u0165 aj na motore 320CDI v Mercedese triedy E. Najhor\u0161ie je, \u017ee vysok\u00e9 EGT sa vr\u00e1ti ako bumerang na bezpe\u010dnosti a \u017eivotnosti motora, preto je jeho spr\u00e1vna kontrola ve\u013emi d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Nadmorsk\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161ka \u2013 m\u00e1 efekt na EGT. Teoreticky je to nemo\u017en\u00e9, ale je to tak, \u0161peci\u00e1lne ke\u010f koncernov\u00e9 auto nem\u00e1 kontrolovan\u00fd atmosf\u00e9rick\u00fd tlak a od neho z\u00e1visl\u00fa kompenza\u010dn\u00fa mapu. Nadmorsk\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161ka m\u00e1 vplyv na plniaci tlak turbo d\u00fachadla, resp. definit\u00edvne sa prejav\u00ed na pomere zmesi paliva a kysl\u00edka, \u010do zmen\u00ed teplotu EGT.<\/p>\n<p>Rozdielne palivo \u2013 palivo 4 rozdielnych zna\u010diek m\u00e1 efekt na EGT.<\/p>\n<p>Po na\u0161om teste, iba rozdielna viskozita a k\u013azavos\u0165 paliva zmen\u00ed v\u00fdsledok \u010dasovania a to rap\u00eddne zmen\u00ed EGT. Pri na\u0161om teste sme porovn\u00e1vali aj v\u00fdkon spomenutej motoriz\u00e1cie ktor\u00fd je korigovan\u00fd kompenz\u00e1ciou na z\u00e1klade EGT a dospeli sme k nameran\u00e9mu rozdielu a\u017e 25 kon\u00ed, pod\u013ea kvality testovan\u00e9ho paliva a od neho z\u00e1visl\u00e9ho EGT.<\/p>\n<p>Nekorektn\u00fd pomer zmesi paliva a kysl\u00edka \u2013 toto je ve\u013emi delik\u00e1tna \u010das\u0165, jednoducho preto\u017ee mal\u00e1 vari\u00e1cia nekorektn\u00e9ho nastavenia m\u00f4\u017ee zapr\u00ed\u010dini\u0165 rozdiel EGT o 200 \u00b0C . Toto nastavenie, ktor\u00e9 tvor\u00ed podstatu chip tuningu, je najz\u00e1kladnej\u0161ie a najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161ie pochopi\u0165 pre spr\u00e1vne nastavenie riadiacej jednotky motora. Preto\u017ee po zlom nastaven\u00ed s\u00edce bude motor silnej\u0161\u00ed a bude ma\u0165 v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdkon, av\u0161ak pri kr\u00e1tkodobom za\u0165a\u017een\u00ed bude v\u0161etko v \u201eporiadku\u201c, no pri dlhodobom za\u0165a\u017een\u00ed (cesta na dia\u013enici, a pod.) sa prejav\u00ed prehriat\u00edm v\u00fdfukov\u00e9ho traktu, turba, spa\u013eovacieho priestoru&#8230;ktor\u00e9 vedie k de\u0161trukcii motora.<\/p>\n<p>Nekorektn\u00e1 teplota chladiacej kvapaliny \u2013 tu m\u00e1me situ\u00e1ciu kedy teplota<\/p>\n<p>chladiacej kvapaliny m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 v rozp\u00e4t\u00ed 15 \u00b0C oproti stanovenej pracovnej teplote motora. Samozrejme aj toto m\u00e1 ve\u013ek\u00fd vplyv na EGT.<\/p>\n<p>Nekorektn\u00e9 nastavenie \u010dasovania \u2013 tento probl\u00e9m sa t\u00fdka sk\u00f4r mechanick\u00e9ho rota\u010dn\u00e9ho \u010derpadla v turbo dieselovom motore, mnoho faktorov ma vplyv na \u010dasovanie a treba prihliadnu\u0165 sk\u00f4r na mechaniku. Taktie\u017e nastavenie va\u010dkov\u00e9ho hriade\u013ea dok\u00e1\u017ee zmeni\u0165 EGT bez probl\u00e9mov o 100 \u00b0C<\/p>\n<p>Ve\u013ea ostatn\u00fdch faktorov sa prejav\u00ed na EGT, a nieje mo\u017en\u00e9 zach\u00e1dza\u0165 do detailov, ale uv\u00e1dzam mal\u00fd s\u00fahrn najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161ieho:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kontaminovan\u00e9 palivo<\/li>\n<li>T\u00fdranie vodi\u010dom<\/li>\n<li>Zanesen\u00fd palivov\u00fd filter<\/li>\n<li>\u0164ahanie alebo jazda pr\u00edli\u0161 r\u00fdchlo na dlh\u00e9 vzdialenosti<\/li>\n<li>Zanesen\u00fd vzduchov\u00fd filter<\/li>\n<li>Zanesen\u00fd v\u00fdfukov\u00fd syst\u00e9m<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ako som nap\u00edsal predt\u00fdm, to v\u0161etko tvor\u00ed bumerangov\u00fd efekt a probl\u00e9m je, \u017ee jeden nikdy nevie kedy sa udalos\u0165 stane.<\/p>\n<p>\u010co ke\u010f je EGT limit periodicky prekra\u010dovan\u00fd:<\/p>\n<p>Koruna piestu bude po\u0161koden\u00e1 a zni\u010denie pr\u00edde ve\u013emi r\u00fdchlo, a treba zoh\u013eadni\u0165, \u017ee v ka\u017edom modely boli na piest a valec pou\u017eit\u00e9 in\u00e9 materi\u00e1li. Niektor\u00fd materi\u00e1l dok\u00e1\u017ee zdola\u0165 vysok\u00fa teplotu lep\u0161ie ako in\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>Prv\u00fdm znakom je po\u0161koden\u00e9 v\u00fdfukov\u00e9 zbern\u00e9 potrubie a turbo d\u00fachadlo. V\u00fdfukov\u00e9 zbern\u00e9 potrubie praskne alebo zhor\u00ed tesnenie ako prv\u00e1 udalos\u0165. Regul\u00e1cia turbo d\u00fachadla (Waste Gate alebo VGT) sa za\u010dne prehriat\u00edm zadiera\u0165 ale nako\u013eko to nieje mo\u017en\u00e9 vidie\u0165, neviete o tom. Sfarbenie turbo d\u00fachadla je jedna z ciest, ako sa d\u00e1 stanovi\u0165 vn\u00fatorn\u00e1 kond\u00edcia.<\/p>\n<p>Ke\u010f waste gate nesie zn\u00e1mku po\u0161kodenia, plniaci tlak je odli\u0161n\u00fd ale toto taktie\u017e nieje jednoduch\u00e9 spozna\u0165, nako\u013eko \u0161tandardne nieje ukazovate\u013e tlaku vo vozidle. Iba v pr\u00edpade \u00fapln\u00e9ho zadretia prestane by\u0165 tlak regulovan\u00fd a motor za\u010dne pracova\u0165 v n\u00fadzovom re\u017eime.<\/p>\n<p>Hlava valcov v spa\u013eovacom priestore za\u010d\u00edna praska\u0165, iba jemn\u00e1 prasklina ako vlas na za\u010diatok m\u00f4\u017ee vies\u0165 k spojeniu kan\u00e1lu s chladiacou kvapalinou. Po\u0161kodenie a prep\u00e1lenie piestu je ve\u013emi be\u017en\u00fd jav, aj ke\u010f je pou\u017eit\u00fd kvalitn\u00fd materi\u00e1l na piest a valec. Niekedy m\u00f4\u017ee znies\u0165 nadmern\u00fa teplotu viac ako ostatn\u00e9 komponenty. Motor, ktor\u00fd m\u00e1 neust\u00e1le prekra\u010dovan\u00e9 maxim\u00e1lne povolen\u00e9 EGT, celkovo nevydr\u017e\u00ed viac ako nieko\u013eko tis\u00edc a\u017e 10 tis\u00edc kilometrov, predt\u00fdm bude kompletne po\u0161koden\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>Preto odpor\u00fa\u010dam pri rozhodovan\u00ed, komu zver\u00edte Va\u0161e auto do r\u00fak na zv\u00fd\u0161enie v\u00fdkonu zoh\u013eadni\u0165 fakt, \u017ee oprava auta v takomto pr\u00edpade nie je najlacnej\u0161ia (a auto sa pokaz\u00ed z\u00e1sadne v najnevhodnej\u0161\u00ed moment).
