Ich \u00falohou je riadi\u0165 motor, napr\u00edklad d\u013a\u017eku alebo silu vstreku paliva, priebeh predstihu \u010di predstreku a podobne. Upravujeme ich samozrejme v\u017edy v z\u00e1vislosti na ot\u00e1\u010dkach a z\u00e1\u0165a\u017ei motora. To v kone\u010dnom d\u00f4sledku tvor\u00ed v\u00fdsledok, \u017ee motor be\u017eiaci bez z\u00e1\u0165a\u017ee, pri \u010diasto\u010dnej z\u00e1\u0165a\u017ei \u010di vo vo\u013enobe\u017en\u00fdch ot\u00e1\u010dkach pracuje na origin\u00e1lne nastavenia. Ale pri maxim\u00e1lnej z\u00e1\u0165a\u017ei a hlavne v pracovn\u00fdch ot\u00e1\u010dkach motora, je software modifikovan\u00fd miernymi zmenami, ktor\u00e9 sa prejavia n\u00e1rastom a zmenou priebehu v\u00fdkonu a kr\u00fatiaceho momentu. V\u010faka n\u00edm vieme, \u017ee \u00fapravy nemaj\u00fa vplyv na vlastn\u00fa spo\u013eahlivos\u0165 riadiacej jednotky ani na spo\u013eahlivos\u0165 a \u017eivotnos\u0165 motorov, \u010di ich pr\u00edslu\u0161enstva.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00eddrom na trhu riadiacich jednotiek motora pre dieselov\u00e9 motory je ur\u010dite zna\u010dka Bosch. V rokoch 2005-2008 v\u0161ak konkurencia postupne uviedla na trh novinky v oblasti mana\u017ementu dieselov\u00fdch motorov, ako napr\u00edklad koncern VAG, FORD, PSA syst\u00e9m Siemens-Continental, koncern Ssangyong, PSA alebo Mercedes syst\u00e9m Delphi. Tieto syst\u00e9my s\u00fa v\u00fdrazne lacnej\u0161ie, preto ich za\u010dali s\u00e9riovo montova\u0165 do mno\u017estva modelov.<\/p>\n<p>Av\u0161ak pre chip tuningov\u00e9 spolo\u010dnosti nastal ve\u013ek\u00fd a mnohokr\u00e1t nerie\u0161ite\u013en\u00fd probl\u00e9m, nako\u013eko ka\u017ed\u00fd v\u00fdrobca pou\u017e\u00edva svoje kryptovanie softv\u00e9ru, a in\u00e9 prepo\u010dtov\u00e9 faktory na zobrazenie re\u00e1lnych hodn\u00f4t m\u00e1p v baroch, mS alebo stup\u0148och. T\u00fdm p\u00e1dom nieje mo\u017en\u00e9 spr\u00e1vne nastavenie hodn\u00f4t u\u017e len napr\u00edklad plniaceho tlaku turbo d\u00fachadla. Alebo dokonca v\u00f4bec nevedia vyh\u013eada\u0165 nastavenia softv\u00e9ru riadiacej jednotky motora a t\u00fdm p\u00e1dom ju ani nevedia upravi\u0165. Takto upraven\u00fd motor na\u010falej bez probl\u00e9mov pln\u00ed predp\u00edsan\u00e9 emisn\u00e9 limity.<\/p>\n<h2>ODSTR\u00c1NENIE OBMEDZOVA\u010cA MAXIM\u00c1LNEJ R\u00ddCHLOSTI<\/h2>\n<p>Dnes sa vo v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ine pred\u00e1vaj\u00fa vozidl\u00e1 s mal\u00fdm alebo opa\u010dne ve\u013ek\u00fdm objemom a preva\u017ene moment\u00e1lne najmodernej\u0161\u00edm dieselov\u00fdm motorom s priamym vstrekovan\u00edm, ktor\u00e9 sa v\u00fdkonom minim\u00e1lne vyrovnaj\u00fa benz\u00ednov\u00fdm motorom. A preto sa u\u017e aj do dieselov\u00fdch riadiacich jednotiek ur\u010dit\u00fdch modelov za\u010dal implementova\u0165 obmedzova\u010d maxim\u00e1lnej r\u00fdchlosti, ktor\u00fd je nastaven\u00fd na hodnotu 190 a\u017e 250 km\/h.<\/p>\n<h2>ODSTR\u00c1NENIE FILTRA PEVN\u00ddCH \u010cAST\u00cdC<\/h2>\n<p>V\u0161etky modern\u00e9 dieselov\u00e9 motory s\u00fa vybaven\u00e9 DPF\/FAP &#8211; filtrom pevn\u00fdch \u010dast\u00edc. Je to syst\u00e9m zachyt\u00e1vania pevn\u00fdch \u010dast\u00edc produkovan\u00fdch dieselov\u00fdm motorom vo v\u00fdfukovom syst\u00e9me. Jedn\u00e1 sa o vymenite\u013en\u00fd diel s ur\u010ditou \u017eivotnos\u0165ou, z\u00e1vislou na prev\u00e1dzke vozidla. Cena dielu sa pohybuje v rozmedz\u00ed od 1.500 do 4.000 Euro. Preto poskytujeme slu\u017ebu &#8211; odstr\u00e1nenie filtra pevn\u00fdch \u010dast\u00edc. \u00dakon pozost\u00e1va z dvoch krokov. Demont\u00e1\u017e z v\u00fdfukov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu a preprogramovanie vozidla (deaktiv\u00e1cia filtru pevn\u00fdch \u010dast\u00edc). Odstr\u00e1nenie filtru pevn\u00fdch \u010dast\u00edc pon\u00fakame u\u017e od 300 Eur.<\/p>\n<h2>OPRAVY RIADIACICH JEDNOTIEK<\/h2>\n<p>Technick\u00fd v\u00fdvoj n\u00e1s priviedol k mnoh\u00fdm mo\u017enostiam ako pom\u00f4c\u0165 v pr\u00edpade po\u0161kodenia riadiacej jednotky motora a preto pon\u00fakame svoje slu\u017eby aj v tejto oblasti, napr\u00edklad dovozcom ojazden\u00fdch vozidiel, ktor\u00fdm sa u\u017e ur\u010dite stalo, \u017ee doviezli nab\u00faran\u00e9 auto, ktor\u00e9 m\u00e1 riadiacu jednotku namontovan\u00fa na nie ve\u013emi \u0161\u0165astnom mieste, a t\u00e1 u\u017e pri men\u0161om n\u00e1raze utrp\u00ed &#8220;\u0161ok&#8221;. V takomto pr\u00edpade, hlavne pri nov\u00fdch vozidl\u00e1ch ( Octavia II, Golf V, Touran, Touareg, Mercedes, BMW, Fiat, Ford, Citroen, Peugeot a in\u00e9 ) pon\u00fakame pomoc za priazniv\u00fa cenu a nemus\u00edte kupova\u0165 nov\u00fa, nie lacn\u00fa riadiacu jednotku.<\/p>\n<h2>INDIVIDU\u00c1LNE \u00daPRAVY<\/h2>\n<p>N\u00e1ro\u010dnej\u0161\u00edm z\u00e1kazn\u00edkom pon\u00fakame nielen \u00fapravu riadiacej jednotky motora, ale navy\u0161e v\u00fdmenu v\u00fdfukov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu, chladi\u010da stla\u010den\u00e9ho vzduchu, turbo d\u00fachadla, podvozku, b\u0155zd a samozrejme individu\u00e1lne nastavenie riadiacej jednotky motora, potrebn\u00e9 vykona\u0165 po v\u00fdmene tuningov\u00fdch dielov motora.
